Your needs are important. That’s why All Home Health has created a process to ensure your needs are understood and met.
First we verify your medical coverage to make sure we can provide services. We will provide guidance to you even if we do not take your insurance.
We want to make sure that you know who we are, and what we’re about, and want to work with us. We’ll walk you through our history, mission and core values and make sure we are a good fit for you!
We realize personal care is just that: personal. Before we make any recommendations, we spend time getting to know you. We listen to your concerns, learn about your daily life. This helps us know the best way to move forward to secure the perfect fit for your needs.
After we’ve learned about your needs, we can recommend members of our staff we believe will fit your lifestyle. You can choose to interview one of our caregivers, or you can choose a friend or family member to be your caregiver. The choice is yours!
We take care of the onboarding process, ensuring that your chosen caregiver is equipped, to provide the care you need. We do this by sending one of our Supervisory Registered Nurses to your home to create a personal care plan and to train the PCA(s) that you’ve chosen to help you or your loved one. Our training process is top-notch, we follow State of Minnesota guidelines to ensure that your care is both skilled and customized.
At All Home Health, our job doesn’t stop once you’re comfortable with your chosen assistant. We stay in touch. We are available to help with questions on medical assistance, help you find backup staff if you need it, and provide other home care solutions. Once you’ve joined All Home Health, you should never have to look for another agency as long as you need services.
